At Tilak, every product is sacred — not just a purchase, but a spiritual investment. All yantras and spiritual items are individually energized through elaborate Vedic rituals (Pran Pratistha) performed exclusively after your order is placed.

Due to the personalized and irreversible nature of this spiritual process, our refund and return policy is intentionally limited. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and fairness in genuine cases.

Since each product is:

• Custom-energized

• Ritualized with your name, purpose, and intent

• Prepared on specific auspicious days

we do not accept returns or order cancellations once the energization process has begun.
 

These are not factory-made goods — they are divinely consecrated tools, and reversing the process is not spiritually appropriate.

We will provide a refund or free replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or broken

• You receive the wrong item

• You do not receive the promised ritual video proof

• The order is lost in transit or undelivered beyond 30 days
   

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.

2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.

3. Return the defective item (if requested by our team).

• Change of mind after ordering

• Delivery delays due to puja schedules or external courier issues

• Non-tangible results or perceived lack of outcomes

• Improper usage or failure to follow instructions
   

Spiritual tools work subtly and depend on faith, intention, and regular practice — they are not instant solutions or guarantees.

• If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• For replacements, we will notify you of the next available ritual slot and dispatch a freshly energized product at no additional cost.
